Hi Nico,
Thats the same problem with everything that man does.
If too many do the same thing at the same place in a small time window, mother nature always will pay the bill.
You don't need to differ between houses, cars, 4WDs,ships, planes, roads or fields. And the worst thing is: nobody can stop it anymore. We are getting runover by our own progress.
I have to agree with Dennis. The best thing to do - and each and every individuum can do so - is: think if what you want to do is realy what you should do. Everyone has the choice of even using a 4WD with sense and respect to nature. If you want to blame 4WDrivers using a photograph than you better present them as crowds running across the beach or through the rainforest. I have tried years ago to make the authorities realize that Fraser Island (a World Heritage Area)needs a limitated access for visitors using their own vehicles. The result was - they started building more and more resort accommodation, licensed bigger ferries and shot to death the very last pure blooded australian Dingos on Fraser Island - THANK YOU!! I once thought Australians would appreciate more than other nations of what nature has given them but I was wrong. No promisses were kept. They are doing the same mistakes as every poor country in other parts of the world did since centuries. What a shame! What can we do?
By they way - your photograph is great. Fantastic catch of light. Thomas

Hallo Rose,
Thomas

Salut Corinne,
I would not call it a photograph anymore but your presentation is fine and you explain very well what you did and why.
TFS. Take care. Thomas

Hello Daniel,
I am missing something moving across the bridge ;-).
Anyway this is a special one to me because I like tos see the straight clear lines of the architecture in contrast to the floating and soft looking river and clouds. Nice catch of the beginning blue hour. Well done. TFS Thomas

Salut Corinne,
pure beauty with a delicate framing - I love that intense shade of blue of the building against the pale blue of the sky.
The water looks like liquid silver and the island at the horizon gives a great depth and scale. Perfectly seen and done. TFS Thomas
