There is much potential in these soft flowers. I would have clarified a little and adjusted contrast and brightness. You have a good eye Katie - well done. Hope you don't mind - I've tried a workshop for you.

Nice to see you still hard at work on the pics! I've been feeling far too humerous for anything serious lately - but at least have a break now. I love this setting - very natural and relaxed. Who would mind - no? The colours are just right - slightly subdued for the time of day. Great!

You really do have a fantastic eye for composition - the lighting in this fantastic. It is oversharpened - might be losing some quality with size reduction? I see what you mean with a white dove shape - hope maybe? On this earth we could certainly do with some!

I'd like to workshop this - hope you don't mind?

Great composition Charles. A bit oversharpened and I don't particularly like the tree - it doesn't look natural, but I see your point - great detail in the bark! In terms of the composition - the fact that everything is so quite gives it a fascinating and eerie tone - well chosen.

Your poem is very fitting for this shot Per - well done. I'm only back for very short spells these days - project is keeping me way too busy... I've done a WS on this - hope you don't mind. Just thought it could be a little brighter...

Very well done on this Sylva - it is an excellent portrayal of Christmas - although we have sun and more sun in South Africa! (I feel sorry for the guys wearing those suits out here!). I see a bit of noise in the shot, so I have done a WS - hope you don't mind. Well done.

Great shot Gary - good use of DOF with a sharp clear image. The colour contrast is just great too - rust and green (I know the Robin is supposed to have a "red" chest). Excellent capture. I agree with Mike that the compo could be improved, but you have an excellent quality in the image you have captured that has been lost in the workshop - Might just be my screen.

Welcome to TL! This shot is really wonderful - excellent sharpness and composition - truly captures the spirit of a child enjoying what every child enjoys - ICECREAM... We've just had some too! Well done.

Looks very inviting from what must be a cold place at this time of year. He looks jolly. The image is very sharp and the colours are also excellent. Well done on a great composition.
