This is a perfect macro shot Vincent - very well done on this. The DOF is perfect and your choice of title great. The insect appears to be looking right at you! The detail is amazing - very well done!

Quite a good macro Philippe. It is very difficult getting these shots. Maybe a note would have helped to explain the conditions, but given the speed at which their wings move, I think it is a good shot with great colours. Maybe you should try a burst feature and get alot of shots till you get the perfect one. I like the detail you have captured on the bee's head. Well done.

Great lighting here Marianna, and a very relaxed pose too. I like the warm natural colours in this shot - don't think it would work in B&W, so glad you left the colours natural. Well done.

Well worth the effort of laying down on your side to take this. I love the translucence of the petals against that beautiful blue sky. The colours are very complimentary, and it is a great composition. Well done.

You're very privileged to live so close to such incredible beauty Michael. Not sure about Zeus, but it is good that there are still places on earth that have managed to remain unaffected by the meddling of some rich man's development plans. The shot needs to be rotated slightly CCW, and I would also crop slightly on the right. It is also slightly out of focus. Otherwise a great subject to photograph.

Great post Jim. The expression you have captured with this little guy is amazingly gentle and full of trust. He must love life, and enjoy every minute, taking it all in. Great use of DOF, superb detail and the frame compliments the compo very well. Great work. (Thanks for saving the little guy!)

Welcome to TL Jesper. Wonder what the mummy was all about? Quite an abstract shot, but I like the effect of the glass area. I have an idea for a WS - see what you think...

Welcome to TE Mike. I like what you've done with the processing. Are you sure this is lichen - looks like an air fern to me?? Anyway, The detail is good and use of DOF interesting. Well done.

Welcome to TL Nikos. Very interesting post processing you have here, and I guess if you look for it, you can see where the flowers are real. A more detailed note on what you did would be helpful though... Otherwise good work.

Quite a good experiment Dan. I almost thought I was looking at a planet when I saw the thumbnail, and was wondering if you had indeed been in outerspace! Good work.
