[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On the way south from Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar, we drove along the spine of Madagascar -- ie the Highlands. The view was endless red and green, just like this. No wonder the flag of Madagascar is Red and Green stripes.

A nice documentary shot Karin. It is beautifully composed and the tender, natural colours (in spite of the use of a polarizer) make this landscape look very real - very authentic. We almost have the feeling to be there, while looking at your picture.
TFS & kind regards,
Erik

Bonjour Karin,

Hi Karin,
When I saw highlands I was expecting a photo from Scotland, but thats probably just me. I really like that there is so much to see in this photo. The many different lines of the land and houses is great. I also like the hazy look in the distance and how it seems that the hills are touching the clouds.
TFS,
Niek

Hi Karin,
Very nice perpective. The landscape looks like something out of a movie. I like the subtle colours, and how you've included everything from the clouds to the fields.
Best Wishes for the New Year!

Subashini
