Hi, Fidy. Hibiscus is a beautiful tropical flower and your attempt to capture it at dawn is commendable. Please look at the workshop I did to give a better composition. Cheers and TFS.

Hi Fidy

A good subject choice - but I think a number of things about this shot could be improved, including composition.

Try "rule of thirds" - it's a formula for better photos - as outlined in this link about composition.

Also, given that the dawn light seems to be behind the hibiscus and shining through the leaves, maybe it would be better to take this photo at sunset, when the light is behind you and shining on the flower? Good light is crucial to a good photograph, and the best photographers (I'm not one of them) will wait for the perfect lighting conditions before they shoot!
