[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
So after all my zoo photos I decided that my eye was in and headed off for some real wild photography. We caught up with this lion in the western sector of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. Taken just after dusk, this male was mating with one of the females in the group. A big yawn from this big guy prompted many clicks of the camera, with some spectacular results!

I used some fill in flash in other pictures, but this one was only lit by a single spotlight. Adds a bit of mood I think..

This was a great capture at a great moment. I think a little bit of sharpening in PP would've made his fur a little more realistic, other than that, great.

WOW! It's a beautiful picture of this majestic beast.

I love that picture! It's perfect! What a great yawn! What a mouth! And look at those teeth...

What a beautiful mouth! That mouth is amazing, stunning, imponent, wonderful, great, fascinating, awesome...

Its tongue is also ravishing and fantastic. Very nice tongue...
