[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This night scene was taken from the rooftop of one of the buildings at the University of Johannesburg. Slow shutter speed was obviously used to capture light trails left by passing vehicles. A couple of pictures were taken, and because of the dynamic nature of the picture each one came out differently. I felt this one had the best feel to it.

I like it very much. ONCE!

Nice leading line from corner to a thirds point; I like the evening colours and the marvelous view on the city.
Thanks Johan

I like the colours you've captured here, and the lines from car lights make interesting curves. Nice photo!

Very interesting to look at the city in the background. Good work slowing the shutter to catch the car lights.

Excellent effort. I want to do one for the camera club next month and if I can achieve this I would feel very good!

This is an excellent try and I love the result! The colors seem magical and I love the effct! The whole composition is very appealing!

Great shot with nice composition and beautiful lighting streaks. Just slightly overexposed to my liking.

Great experiment of longtime exposure! Light is rich & colorful. fantastic car light!

Beautiful job here. I really like the contrast of bacground with foreground, and nature with city. The colors are very warm and inviting. You have done a good job with exposure trails.

Good job,

Great city shot, I love the fact that you can't see an actual vehicle, just the lights that they have left. Very effective look. An interesting perspective to your city. Cheers, Karey.

You've managed to master one of the most difficult types of photography that exist, and what a shot. I love the road and lights leading to the city, the overall coulors (especialy the Jacaranda tree next to the circle)

You deserve every point that you get for image!
