Interesting photo, but dullness is there due to color fading. I would add more contrast to the photo for good looking.

Hi Erwin,
I like how the subject diagonally crosses the frame, and I like how various stages of the blossom's life is represented in the one shot. I think the color is fine and focus is sharp. An increased depth of field may have kept more of the blossoms in focus.

Just my opinion - the flowers are not in focus or seems to look like that? I like the idea of what you wanted to bring across to us. The background and frame is nicely thought off.... Have a nice day MF
