Great composition!
The bird here can show us how difficult it is to keep it in one place (like human beings). They need to be free, otherwise they're miserable (like birds)...

Yes, a great symbolic shot with the opposition barbed /bird ! But also a photo quite made up! I like much the balance of the geometrical plans broken by the irregilarity of the barbed wires. Great harmony of attenuated blue and gray. Very well done! Annie

Het zwarte gat is symbool van de angst voor de plek der onontkoombare folteringen.
Betekenisvolle foto; doet me denken aan de Berlijnse muur met al die opschriften; laat zien hoe klein wij kunnen denken en wat voor gruwelijke gevolgen dat heeft. De mus zit vrij te zijn op ons gevangenismateriaal.

from this I get a bad feeling , I can not be closed in, not that I have claustrophobia, I just hate to be caged in. I can imagine myself on the inside looking out , a horrible feeling, very well done.
