nice picture, you put her well off-centered, but the background is a bit to noisy.
Mildly distorted face as a result of proximity to camera. Children like to pose for cameras,... unfortunately, that detracts from the image as do images shot from aloof perspectives (shooting down on children).
This is simple advice: When photographing children, get down to THEIR perspective,... bend your knees and see from their eye level. I think you'll be amazed at how much better the images are when taken at or below their line of sight.
It's an interesting shot - I just don't care for the composition.
