Here's a three-handed majiang game. You can see the was of bills beside the woman at the top--it's probably at least half a month's salary. Technically, gambling is illegal, but pretty much everybody gambls when they play majiang--they just don't do it so openly.
Experienced players are very good at shuffling their tiles around into different combinations, and they also waste little time betweeb draws.
I adjusted colours here.
