Hi, Kishore. This is a nice macro shot with good depth of field, well composed with softness, nice contrast and presentation. The combination of flowers and some buds and the placement as to the visual impact.

A lovely presentation as the shallow DOF has put emphasis on your main subject. Good sharpness and well detailed. A real beautiful lily of which I have not seen before, TFS.

Bom dia Kishore,
A simple and effective way to get the correct balance of the composition was the use of the rule of thirds, placing the focal point near the lower third.
Well conceived and executed.
The frame has a special role to deep the BG.
