[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is another posting of an Indian Bride as she is waiting for her fiance to wed her...
Shyness is important to Indian culture at these event.
Some one has said, "We have forgotten how to blush".
This has its own beauty without showing all those 'smiley'faces...
Here it is a symbol of innocence, respect & dignity...
This is the time that she had waited so long...and finally it is going to happen...
I am taking advantage of lights used by videographers, and I am at the side that has shadow, and using my flsh fill I get enough light to still have a slight shadow effect. I am mostly interested on her eyelid area to properly display mood of shyness!
used a flash-fill!

Have a great day
David

Ciao David,

the drastic cut allows to focus on the expression of the girl:
very expressive portrait.
Good.

Hi David,
a beautiful portrait. I like the vignetting of the edges. A very typical Indian pose. Good work.

An excellent portrait. The composition is the best and the lighting is spot on.

Hi, David Wonderful portrait with a touch of beauty and elegance with expression of innocence so true of the Indian brides. Being an Indian I can relate to the story here and you have nailed it my friend. This is Photojournalism at its best.
