[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Reminds me of the famous song, 'Sailing', sung by Rod Stewart.

"I am sailing, I am sailing,
Home again cross the sea.
I am sailing, stormy waters,
To be near you, to be free".

The ship is meant for exhibit only I supposed. Don't know for how long this ship has been lying afloat in this place.
The image is as shot, resized only. Thanks for viewing.

Interesting picture, Mukesh. Perhaps it is the Kaiwo Maru.

Hi Mukesh, the old girl certainly stands out in the spotlights with her clean white lines. Was there something to the right that stopped you from leaving the taller building out of the shot? Fiona

Hi Mukesh,
Both clarity and sharpness are very good. But for the rest, I feel there too many object in one photo so that I am not sure what to look at. On the left there is this pole protruding into the composition, there is this tower that does not add anything and there is the ferris wheel claiming a lot of attention. Next time get up closer and lower, and try to eliminate as much out of the composition as possible. Less is more!

Hello Mukesh

A magnificent night capture. The POV is perfect. A lot to study. I used to hang out at the Yokohama central train station. I loved all of the shops and restuarants. Nice work on this one.

Awesome nocturnal shot of this ship and its surroundings especially the ferris wheel in the background. Good lighting and nice details. Well done, tfs.

Hi Mukesh...beautiful shot...excellent tones and color with great light. I would straighten out the horizon though...it is a good idea to check the horizontals and verticals on every photo just to make sure they are correct. I posted a workshop correcting the angles and cropping so that the mast of the boat is about 1/3 off the left side. This is just personal preference but often makes the photo a bit more pleasing.

Roger

Hi Mukesh, What a stunned sharpness you have given to this beautiful ship floating on the water. Amazing light controlled by you at the moment taken, Awesome POV and DOF. The lights on the buildings add extra dramatic mood in the composition. The reflections from the Round and the line of the ship are perfectly shown in the water. Perfect exposure gives perfect details and night atmosphere. Wonderful job and thank for sharing
