Experiment: Standard lens
Classic shot of a classic device. These days we can't see too many of them. Good presentation to post. I lke the pen and the papers as complements, good idea, it seems realistic.
Perfect brightness and light, excellent sharpness.
Well done, TFS!

It's really a moment of you. I like the idea.TFS
Congratulations for your new lens...
I have a FM2, and I used all the time with B&W film.
The flash semms to work properly with your d80. But iŽd done this shot with natural light.
Thanks for sharing.
hi,jusni,a really old-timer.nice display to give a hint about the size of your 80s companion.i`m curious,as usual, is still working :)?

Great job Jusni.
The details are as they should be and once you fall in love with a Nikon it seems it lasts forever.

Enjoy your new lens, Jusni. It is razor sharp (as a prime lens should be). And the 1.5 multiplication will make it (beyond many other uses) an ideal lens for portraits.

Nice to see this equipment Jusni! I wouldn't mark this shot as fine photography but it's interesting enough to see the old Nikon.
Did you try firing the speedlight at the ceiling, the light seems quite harsh here?

This brings back happy memories, I also had a fe2 many years ago, I still have my very first Nikon a Nikkormat Fe2 still looks and works like new and I still use my original 50mm 1.8 on my D2oo and D300 razor sharp! Enjoy your new lens.

Congratulations on the new equipment. The prime was said to be a very good lens to play with. I believe that this photo was a simple composition but the quality of its color, clarity and sharpness are excellently produced.
Reminds me of the days I was renting my friend's F80... :)
Ada invois... Amaunnya boleh beli D90!:)

Nice post to bring back memories. I thought you had another camera post sometime ago?
So now I know you were already a Nikon user in 70s. This could cost a lot to you then. I had Olympus OM-2 for a few years during early 80s. Those days I only had a standard lens for everything. Mechanical SLR and it was fun except film shooting was expensive.
