There is no photographer's note, the horizon is tilted, the signature is pointless and intrusive and I don't understand the choice of f5.6 on a landscape/seascape. Try the "sunny f16" rule on shots like this in bright sunlight.
"Sunny f16" - f16 then a shutter speed equivalent to 1/ISO value, i.e. ISO 200 = shutter speed of 1/200.
