Another cool shot here Oggie, great effect - perfect freeze of the flying water.
I like the glimpse of the urban street beyond the railings, very typically Filipino.

Another really cool experiment Oggie! Nice work on this! What is so cool is that the water is pin sharp and the BG is really nice and smooth! At 1/60 sec?? You are magic!

Employing the "rule of thirds" will improve the photo. Also a tighter shot and good bokeh can help.
