[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is another shot during the photoshoot we had. I forgot to mention in my previous post that the theme of our photoshoot was "Dark Secrets".

In this shot, we told Christine to try sitting down and look at the window while holding the samurai. By the way, it's a real samurai she's holding! Our fashion designer brought it along to complete the look for Christine. (^-^) Ans this time I turned this shot in B&W to change the look and maybe the feeling too when you get to look at it.

Special thanks to:
Francis Ian Chua - fashion designer
Mark Anthony Velaņo & Ryan Turija - hair & make-up artist

Hi Irene,
The posed photograph gives this portrait exceptional intensity enhanced by the monochromatic choice. Great balance of light and dark.

Hi Irene

Placing the model by the window where there appears to be the harsh light of the sun has provided difficult lighting conditions. There are a couple of everexposed areas; on her right arm and shoulder and on the wall behind. Also you have cut the very top of her hat off. I think that, maybe, if she had been photographed from below she would appear more dominant.
You have captured some very good detail and, overall, the exposure is good.
