I like the grain, selective desaturation, & winning smiles, on these attractive girls. The bg grain doesn't bother me. Good tonal range, tfs, & Merry Xmas!

Nicely captured. Too bad about the sign.

Nice shot and I love the PP work here with the selective desaturisation. I think it looks all the better for losing the big sign :)

Hi Koh...

Lucky you to have so many cute and pretty girly around you eh? :-P

I like the effect on your noise/grain... also your colours choice, good lighting and composition. It is a pity this one didn't make to newsletter, but the other one is not too bad either. :) Thanks for sharing,

Merry Christmas and Happy new year to you and your family my friend.

That tells me that I'm on the good side of the fence. Excellent idea on selective coloring.

Wonderful pop in of color Xu! Really nice! Adorable models!
Merry Christmas!

Gee! I just read ur note...I can't belive they chose the other photo rather than this!

I must say that the ppl at nikon are far from being passionate abt photography. (sad but true)...as if you could see the nikon word better than here! :P

Anyways, i'm starting to find that shooting for people and shooting for urself is sooo much different.

I like this photo a lot. The grain..the relaxed and cool pose..too bad u could close the aperture a bit more for more DOF.

anyways, TFS...and btw, did u show this photo to the girls?...did they like it?

pretty nikonians koh! i like the grain and selective colors of the cameras. good job!

Nice use of selective desaturation to pop the colours and an interesting idea, taking the attention away from the beautiful ladies and focussing on the cameras instead. Definately has that advertising feel to it - pity Nikon didn't see it that way.
Thanks for sharing
