Hello Ruud,

The gold against the black is fantastic. Beautiful motage... the lines, shapes and light reflections work wonderfuly together here. Great job keeping the light equal!!!

Love and Peace always
Kevin

Hi Ruud

Good repetition of the Buddha statues with superb pp work. I like the graphism & contrast. Well done!

Seeing them in groups remembers me of western massproduction; I have some of the faces in stone from a big gardenshop (€ 5) with a little hole for the nail.
Here the faces are slightly different; so no massproduction but indivudual handcrafts from perhaps monasteries.
I like the nearby capture; going in between them and the big one to the left is the boss.
Thanks Ruud

Your buddhas are interesting, kill my curiosity, what does one have a star like headdress with some very mean vicious looking mouths ready to bite coming out of it, does this mean anything?

Christine.

Hi Ruud,
An exceptional series - the photographs and the notes are enlightening and encaptulating. Great work, educational and invigorating. Thank you,

Hi Ruud,
you made a beautiful and impressive collage of this typical Thai-buddhas. I love Buddhas, I also have several in my home. But it's not allowed to bring them with you from Thailand.
Thank you so much for the pretty post, bye

Hi Ruud,

The golden colour in contrast with the black background, the religious element in contrast with the HPP work, or should I say in combination... :))
Very creative and interesting composition, my friend!
Very well done... once again!!!
