. . . Another shot of the "Norwegian Majesty", this time taken while borrowing skip108's circular polarizing filter . . .

The stop at Great Stirrup Cay was not on our original itinerary. The itinerary was changed since our cruise was cut short by a day due to three factors: a "medical rescue" of someone in a sailboat; "high winds and heavy seas"; and a "leak on an overhauled cylinder head on one of the main engines". If I were the public relations person writing that letter, I would have avoided the use of the work "leak" at all costs! My kids heard that word, and all of a sudden, to them the ship was sinking.

Despite the changes, we had a wonderful time, and especially enjoyed our day here.

PP work--rotate, crop, tiny saturation(25).

Hello Karen!

Nice to read you had a memorable experience on board. One of the oldest traditions still holds even in our modern era. Assistance to navigators in distress is a priority. Nevermind if you are a cruise ship or a bulk carrier. I certainly applaud this rule.

Simple composition. Saturation is well done too. Bravo!
Robert

Well done again Karen. Excellent colour and detail, lovely clouds and I love the way the curve of the rocks appears to cup the ship. TFS,
David

Hello Karen,
Sharp fine details in the big ship!
I like the composition with a lot of wonderfully coloured ocean, inclusion of the rocky shore adds depth!
