[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A bunch of Nato-ships were moored at the quais, in their usual grey colour, spotless (unlike cargo-ships) as if just painted. Except for this fresh smears caused by a buffer between ship and quai, which had old tires strapped on it. As the tide came up the marks left came in view.
The tap in front was splashing its colours in great contrast to the omnipresent grey.
