[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Brugge is an outstanding example of a medieval historic settlement, which has maintained its historic fabric as this has evolved over the centuries, and where original Gothic constructions form part of the town's identity. As one of the commercial and cultural capitals of Europe, Brugge developed cultural links to different parts of the world. It is closely associated with the school of Flemish Primitive painting. |

Hi John
Please understand this is my opinion only and not meant to offend. Many may disagree with me anyway.
I look at this and wonder what distinguishes this from a holiday snap. And I have to say not much. I'm also wondering what the subject, or centre of interest, is. There are people in the foreground, but there feet are cut off. There's not much interest on the left and the bridge is a little dark and not very prominent in the photo. Maybe the architecture on the right could be interesting but they occupy only a third of the photo.
But the photo is well exposed considering the shade and sunlight, plus the focus is good.
Back to the summer indeed another lovely poster as always very natural colours and summery details well done JOHN VANTIGHEM

J'aime bien ce point de vue, une jolie scène paisible et agréable à regarder, le cadrage me convient.
Belles couleurs estivales. C'est charmant.
