Devetashka Cave, near Lovech
Used in the 1950s by the military to store oil there, now the cave still holds the odor of gasoline and is shrouded in grass and lack of any sign that there's a cave nearby - you just have to be headed towards it.
Now, some numbers:
Discovered in 1921.
Length: 2442 m.
Height: 60 m.
Area: 20400 sq.m.
The removal of the railroad used by soldiers in the past started in 2001.
A nature landmark since 1996.
