Portrait of an Indian
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|During the month of July I assisted to several Horse Shows in my region - I really love horses and I can take lots of beautiful pictures there. There is jumping, dressage, western riding, ponies, rodeo, horse driving... A lot of things showing all the different uses men can have of horses. |
Usually, there is at least one show representing cow-boys and Indians - it's kind of a tradition. This was one of the men who were disguised in Indians. Usually I don't like doing portraits, I'm more into nature and animal photography, but I likes the pose and the expression of the man on this photo.
Yhe BG is not fantastic, I'm sure there is a way to improve it with some PP work, but i'm not particularly good withPhotoshop soI thought it would be better to leave it as it was. :-)
I hope you like it !

Nice work my friend!
I have a feeling you will be good at portraits too, this one shows you have the feeling for what is essencial... Face, expression, eyes!
Well composed with good colours and details!

Tu as très bien réussi se portrait. J'aime bien la pose et le cadrage avec le bras qui s'allonge sur le cadre du bas. Très bien réussi.
A very nice portrait. The placement of the subject on the frame is quite ideal. Good skin tone. Best wishes.

Tu as aussi des dons pour réussir des portraits.
Sur celui là, il aurais été meiux de recadrer en ne coupant pas le haut de sa coiffe.
Peut être aussi une vue de 3/4, pour voir un peu plus ses colliers.

what a great portrait, and the costume, wow !
Nice angle you have taken and good job blurring out the background. Very well done.
