Eiffel Tower, Up Close
Hi Alfred. First of all welcome to TL. :) Secondly, I am envious of you because you are able to take picture of the Eiffel Tour. I love it! Beautiful perspective and quite a steady hand you have! I hope you were not lying on the floor while shooting this. hehe.

Nice composition... and pleasing color. I have a personal feeling that a narrow aperture like 8.0 would have given a better depth of field and sharpness on the top of the tower also. If it was deliberately made out-of-focus then it's fine.
Great angle on a great monument. Regards Mark

Nice shot, I like the way the top of the Tower goes to the top left corner, great composition, the arrangement of the where the base cuts the edge of the picture is just about perfect too.
This is an amazing picture. It's a great POV and I like the details of the beams with the light...it's fantastic. Reminds me of when I went to Paris and look under the Eiffel tower...next reaction I had was to move away from under it...lol, scared it would fall on me ;) Great picture
And thanks for the critic on my turtle, i was just playing around with that picture, I'm happy you like it.
Nice monochromatic night shot (without noise!)
Just a thought: i tried an horizontal flip on this one. As we are used as westerners to read from left to right, on the flipped pic the eyes go easily from bottom left to top right. It seems even less static.
Excellent perspective on this often shot landmark. Wonderfully unique and original. Great composition and framing. Great job!
On la voit souvent mais de cet angle avec sa teinte de la première fois. L'angle de capture j,aime beaucoup.. Réal.

I "kind of" have the same picture with a few differences. It's beautiful!
