Turkish Stars

Another impression of the Cambrai air show last weekend. Well the sky was great to picture these "Turkish Stars" Northrop NF-5 aircrafts. The team did very well and made a wonderful display with these former Royal Dutch Air Force aircrafts.

Not much PP work, a slight crop, minor adjustment of levels and curves. Resized and sharpened using USM.

Hi hans, bonjour,
Very nice action caught of view of this formation of the Turkish Stars Northrop NF-E aircrafts,
good details and sharp picture,
very well taken and done.

Impressive view here Hansie..looks like you are looking straight up at them! Super catch, nice freeze frame on these. Will they let you have a ride in the jets?

another amazing exiting shot! great tight crop in this too! hope all is well!

You certainly have a quick response with your camera. I find it difficult sometimes to take photos at air shows. (I posted one today too...) I like how you have captured perfect alignment of the planes. Nice and colorful with the red smoke too. Great shot. Lisa

Bonsoir Hans,

Very graphic image. Good color contrast between sky and plane, perfect exposure, excellent sharpness. Great shot and TFS.

Wooow, what a moment, Hans, I love that so much.
They don't do formation flights any more here in Germany because of the Ramstein airshow disaster 1988. Three italien aircrafts crashed into each other while theiy were performing their 'pierced heart'. 70 people died, more than 1000 were injured.
So thanks for your shot, very good work, thanks

He Hans,

weer een lekker strak plaatje. Goede compo en het belangrijste is natuurlijk dat je genoten hebt.

Hello Hans,

That is a very interesting formation. I can understand why the pilots are showing this side to the crowd .

The graphism is pretty cool !

They remind me my childhood ( with the Thunderbirds and Captain Scarlett LOL! )
