Caught in action

The two solos, Red One and Red Two, of the British Red Arrows display team in the nerve breaking action over the runway of the Cambrai air base.

The 1/4000 sec shutter speed is necessary to freeze both aircrafts during this action.

PP work: adjusted levels and curves, (minor), cropped, resized and sharpened using USM, add frame.

WOW! Perfect timing Hans! Excellent stop action shot. Were you shooting multiple frames here? How fast were they going? Questions questions! I love the RED and the framing is nice!

Bonjour Hans
All your seerie of flying planes is amazing; you seem to have had the best place to take your shots and you managed them with the knowledge of a professional. The perfect decisive moment here and with the other shots, confirms your control of all the parameters.Felicitations
Henri

Bonjour Hans

Wow, Hans, this is spectacular, so much action - and nothing happened as I hope. Realy dangerous things in the sky.
At the moment I'm in Zandvoort for some days and can watch many airplanes here. And many crazy football-fans - Dutch and German :-)
Warm regards
Sabine - wishnugaruda
