[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Snap taken near the Eiffel Tower, where people go to enjoy a sunny day and take photos.

This beautiful woman was modeling for her photographer and for all the cameras around at the same time, I could not resist to click on my pentax shoot button.

Boosted ISO up to 800 to be able to set a fast shutter speed to avoid motion blur, because thanks to the good light conditions, there is no noise, no dark areas. I think that the dynamic range is good here (no OE or UE areas).

Wish a Happy New Year to all the TLers!!

Hello Galder,

Excellent portrait of this beautiful model with great BG, light and nice colors. I like her pose.
Congratulations!
Sergio

Hi Galder,

This is a nice portrait with well thought pose!
Great focus and nice usage of light, but here I am bit concerned with the light formation on her left shoulder and upper part of the arm (right from our side).
The black dress add charm to the overall picture.
The blurry BG gives nice contrast to the model.
Well done!

Greetings,
Paras

Hi Galder.
A lovely shot captured with fantastic lighting and composed with superb sharpness on your model while the BG is beautifully blurred to give good attention to your main subject.
Best Wishes

Absolutely superb shot. Its so radiant and expressive.Fine work, all the best Otto.

I think it is a nice photo Galder , done on the street so obviously not much control over the BG and within the limitation of your shooting time but f/5.6 has thrown the people in the BG out of focus quite well , you did not need 1/500 and iso 800 to make her sharp but you did want f/5.6 or even a bit less on the other hand to make her stand out of the crowd behind though , so i am not contesting your choice of aperture here at all . Well done .
The lady knows what modeling is about , she is in control of the situation moreover she is an attractive woman whom i would have have stopped to look at and taken on lens as you did . Thanks for sharing your experience ,
Happy 2011 , keep shooting,
Regards,
Carol

Hi Galder..nice shot...I like the body language and the shallow depth of field...well done.

Roger

You caught a great shot of her - nicely composed with good use of the available light. Depth of field works well to isolate her from the background, while retaining its context.
