Hello Trekkers,

This is a shot I took today during my visit to a small animal park located in the capital city of German State of Rheinland Palatinate.

A portrait of a Flamingo seems to be posing for me :)
The light was low in that area, so had to go for higher ISO=1600 rating.

Looking forward to your feedback :)

Kind regards,

Paras

Hi Paras.

Stunning detail, the closeness shows us so much. The eye controlls the attention, i like the tight crop and positioning so much Paras. The low light worked in your favour i believe. tfs

Hi Paras,
A fine crop to obtain this stunning detail of the eye of this flamingo. Perfect sharpness in its rather large beak. I like the slight reflection in the eye and the positioning in the frame.
Well done for this study of the flamingo's features.
Regards,

Francis Xavier

Dear Paras,
YOu took advantage of the low soft light and created a piece of ART... The focus on the eyes is superb, DOF is shallow with an excellent bokeh. I love the pastel colors.... Great work & TFS

Hi Paras,
Interestng diagonal perspective with excellent details.Surprising little noise considering the 1600 setting.Unique tonal pinks, and a sturdy eye contact, well captured MF.

bonsoir Para
Maybe the colours would have been a little more happy with a bit more light but the sharpness is wonderful and the bg perfect, 1600 iso with no noise : impressive
