Hi TL Astrobiologists! (^_-)

I don't know about you but each time I look at this photo, I keep thinking it's from another planet! Some spore perhaps from Mars..?

From Mars or not, they look lovely and your photo is wonderful !

lovely composition. The 'martians' literally are standing out. the choice of frame is also quite appropriate. well done.

Lovely shot - well exposed and composed - the orange/red is so vibrant against a much more dudued background, which really makes your martian flowers stand out.

This is a stunning flower! So beautiful! I like these colours very well saturated and this great POV
Best wishes

Nice capture. Good sharpness and dtails. Great POV with the city in the BG.
Just beautiful

hello! excellent shot! i really like it! TFS

Interesting shot of these blooming succulents! Love the POV here Con! The view of the water behind is very nice! Makes these beautiful flowers stand out!

Hello Constantinos,
To me ,these flowers look like flames being proudly held to lead the way to the town. The p.o.v. is quite spectacular and the detail crisp and bright. Well done!
Regards, Bev :-)

This is very good. I like the way you focused on the plant, and yet kept a lot of the scenery in the background. Nice work.

Hi Constantinos,
Wonderful image you've captured here with stunning detail and colour. Your composition is perfect making it look like a Martian surveying where it will attack next!
Great image and perfect title. Cheers, Todd

Very nice
Good DOF and compo

Great capture. It looks more like a desert plant than an island plant. Stunning colours and a very clear image.

That seems a bit of a misfit for that place.. you may be right about your theory Con.. typical Mediterranean landscape with a Greek touch on that blue dome ;)

Hi Constantinos,
If it's Mars--- I'll surely go (lol). Nice composition and POV. The plant is almost 3Dish against the city. Excellent lighting. TFS Julie

Interesting extra-terrestial flowers.
I like they way they bend and turn to make their way up to the sun.

Well done.

Hello Constantinos, there appears to be a slight smog problem here as well as alien lifeforms. Well composed with the aloe form of the Red Hot Pokers standing out nicely agaisnt the backdrop of the city. Good colour and nicely presented. TFS,

Many thanks for your comment on ‘City Park VII’

Nah Κώστα, it's the other way around... we export life (sort of) to Mars ;o))
Nice Pov & Dof. Beautiful, another one for the travel guides ;o).

Hi Cons,

The plant certainly does look a little out of place here my friend, however it is trying its best to stretch upwards in an attempt to find its way back to Mars :)

Amazing contrast here showing how nature is thriving alongside the town/city.

Lovely capture

Thanks for sharing.

Hi Costas, I must have missed this while I was on holiday.
I love your photo here. And the colours and shapes of the Aloe plant emphasises the BG - the hard lines of the buildings, and the misty look to the distance.
Yes very alien-like!
PS - Now waiting for your photos from your Easter trip away too.

Hi Cons, realy great photo, yes it looks quite like an alien image. Good pov of the flower, standing against the blue sky and the wooden thing at the bottom. Good bg image on the city. Great colours.

Take care, Yan :)

Hi Constantinos,

Fertile imagination, I find as a town leaned in an it is worth for mountains or of depth to the horizon. But that the picture is beautiful that she is! These flowers in first plan give the whole air of the grace of this beautiful one is worth or planet that sees. Wonderful!

Hello Constantinos,

Great POV, i like the way you have captured both the plant in th FG and the city, mountain and sea in the BG.
Colours and details are great.

Well captured and presented, tfs Tracey

who could better tell but you... you've been there. to me it looks like another wonder from planet earth, but I'm not sure... thanks.
I see the traveling season began, you're wandering already...
wish you all the best, cal

Hi Constantinos

Stunning! This is truly brilliant. So simple but such a fantastic effect. Awesome DoF. :-)

It could be from Mars, Constantinos, and an uplifting photo too. Those flowers reaching out to the sky give a feeling of great expectation.
