|The last beams from the setting sun slanted across the river at Sligo lighting up the bank on one side. The sky was already darkening when I took this shot and it wasn't very long before all the light was gone.|

Great capture. I really like the contrast between where the sun shines and the rest of the picture. The reflection where the water is calm is great also. Well seen and thanks for sharing.

Evening light is such a special time of day, and you have captured it well here. The dappled light on the trees on the left is just great. Well seen, and taken.

Incredible luminosity you captured, Joan. The contrast with the dark clouds and some dark parts of the land is magnificent. A moody shot; well done, TFS.
Nice picture. the sun light is uniquely highlighted in the picture.
