[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
In this splendid medieval church in Pavia, some emperors of the Holy Roman Empire were crowned with the Iron Crown, one of them being Frederick I Barbarossa.
The crown was so called because it is believed that the inner iron ring on which are fixed the golden plates and the precious stones was made out of one of the nails that crucified Jesus Christ |

Bonjour Arturo,
Superbe façade, j'aime les textures et l'effet de couleur qui vire presque au B&W, c'est un magnifique monument.
Belle composition!
Joseph
Hi Arturo,
Interesting tone which fits well with the medieval feel. The architectural details are well shown and good overall sharpness. Clever composition with the top corners filled by cloud.
