"Oh God
I'm down on my knees
Begging you please
She's fencing the trees
How will I get to the leaves?
I refuse to eat weeds."

My two sheep are SO SMART. They manage to eat everything I try to protect from them. It's almost a mission impossible to keep my trees out of their reach. My orange trees are practically leafless; they managed to destroy the simple fencing I had around them. They're costin me a fortune in new fencing equipment. I think I'd be better off buying a mechanical lawn mower. But they're funny and fun to be with so I guess I'll just have to buy MORE fence and MORE poles, etc because it's worth the while to have their companionship when I'm out there in the field with them. They run to me, sniff my clothes and even try "tasting" them: anything BUT weeds!!

Thank you for visiting.
It's raining today; a perfect holiday to just sit here and relax.
As I sit here at my computer I can hear gun shots coming from that hill :( ... I guess it's the hunters.

Hi Lurdes,
Well composed and funny shot. I hope the guys you hear are not out on "A Wild sheep chase". (By the way that is the title of a book by Haruki Murakami that I like a lot.

Tibi

Morning Lurdes,

A great point of view to capture one of your beloved lawn mowers - wonderful story too.
Thanks for sharing both,
Have a good day,
Els

Olá Lurdes,

You have captured a beautiful moment of rural life. Closer look at a lowered view point have added a charming attraction. Nice image and an interesting commentary note. Well done my friend.
