I like the shot very much. You have captured your girlfriend's pose very well. The colours look either desaturated or toned somewhat, whatever it is, it's effective.

For a photo without consideration of composition, this is nicely composed. A pleasant diagonal from the lower left corner, following through your girlfriend's knees, arm, and face, towards the upper right.

Nicely managed DOF and good treatment on the colour/hue.
