I like the muted colours here & superb placement of the man offcentre to the left. the horizontal format suits perfectly. Good sharpness & framing. Tfs!

fuori porta...... fuori luogo...... fuori... sei fuori!
it is a strange portrait he looks so out of place! to me.. of course.... was that what it was supposed to be...?
great video-music as well to go with it.... great job.... even if very unusual...is it 2 different shots? i think it must be....
well nice tribute to your dear friend!

yes, "Frontiers" are the actions and the reactions of the spirits, I think too.
the distant width of this perspective, the sky with clouds, mountains, woods and unlimited yellow yards, all of all fit the spiritual landscape of Marcocig. the view is both objective space of the land and inner universe of the mind.
this is a precious portrait of him with back land, just same as the excellent portraits of the paintings of the Renaissance.

Nice sharp capture. Fantastic details, looks very interesting,
well presented and well done.
I don't really like the guy stuck in the picture, but there is great colors.
Ciao Marco :)
Excellent PP work for your friend ! He is a very nice model ... he is really nice on each shot :) Well seen for his bithrday, as if he was looking behind ... to remember strong moments. I agree, we must and can live without frontiers, no limits to reach our best aim ....

My dear friend Marco, finally I can leave a word here on this nice present...
Anyway I really think here I have a stupid expression on my face but, as you say within your note, it is a way to break some frontiers....here I think that the only frontier we break is the one which you remeber well, between Poland and Ukrajne... ;) you know what I mean....
So, "the spoon doesnt exist", my dear Marto!
see u tomorrow
PS In my favs!!!

The mood of this is superb and the composition says much about the limitations of borders, for it seems that the man is on the edge and trying to cross the invisible barrier of your frame

Ciao Marco my friend,
You have beautifully composed a philosophy in this fine image. The expression and the landcape are fantastic. Sharp details, exciting luminosity and vivid colors are valued features. Well done.
Thanks for sharing this shot.

Good philosophy! Sometimes not applicable - for example when a mother in low is the intruder, hehe;-)
Frontiers should not exist of ideas, I reckon...
Greetings and best wishes!

Without the poles in the background it would be a perfect shot, Marco. I would definitely have cloned them out!
Looking beyond that, it is a beautiful portrait, not only of your friend (Happy bd, Marco) but also of the scenery.

There is no spoon but man invent it cause food hurt the finger and the hands as it is too hot :)
Theat portrait/landscape is well make! The yellow flowers go well in contrast with the suit!
The expression is well with the sky too! There is a good presence in all the compo!
