[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In the 'attic 'space of Casa Mila there is this model, made from suspended chains, which is one view of how Gaudi wished the towers of La Sagrada Familia would possibly look.
The chains are actually suspended over a mirror, so this picture is the reflection!
I hope that I have explained that so that you can understand me.
Once again it makes one wonder and marvel at what inspired ideas Gaudi had!
Thanks for looking.

Hi Jean

Excellent original capture on this picture.
very good colors.
well done

As I've been saying proper lighting (and of course a good photographer) can make ordinary things look artistic. Good use of lighting and shadows to create this interesting composition. I like your pov and it has good dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.

Superb lighting make this artistic shot superb. You have done really well to capture this, especially the sharpness when you realise the shutter speed. One of my favourites.

Ciao Jean, fascinating shoot, fantastic reflection, splendid light , fine details and wonderful colors, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio

Hello Jean

I say Wow and Wow again...I can't make it out except the end result is pure art. I like the frame and the entire POV. One of your best, and one of the best I have seen of late. very nice work my friend. So much to study, and a gallery piece all on its own.

Bonjour Jean,

interesting and disconcerting image. At first I tought you presented it upside down, which would give similar result w/o being exactly the same. Those falling chain shown inverted looks like tiny water fountain. The colors are warm, and all those curves give a nice graphism to the image. Nice work and TFS

This is a wonderful abstract shot Jean and does indeed make us think about the creativity of Gaudi. I do like the composition, I can't quite figure it out but that adds to the appeal. The square format really works well here too, with all those curves and shadows.

Hi Jean.

An inspiration for anyone to take up photograghy, you have the magical light, we all try to seek to show the subject at its best. When I look at the construction and the way these arches are made, fills me with awe. Its a venue i will have to travel to one day, you have shown so much marvel so far. The shadows across the lit brickwall have the eyes attention, so does the apt frame choice, very well done Jean. tfs

I like your artistic approach with such amazing light and exposure control, Jean!
Good sharpness and well caught clarity with natural colors.
The DOF and POV are excellent.
Nice work!

Kind regards,

Hi Jean,
You captured a lovely semi-abstract corner of Casa Mila. The composition is attractive and you managed to make perfect use of available lighting. I like the square frame and the framework enclosing.
Well done for this neat work.
