|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|I have lived in Liverpool all my life... 48 years ..(ooo that long) and if it wasn't for Treklens I might never have found this work of art...(which I have found to love) Its a sculpture by Tom Murphy a local artist. It is called The Spirit of the Blitz dedicated to the innocent people who lost their lives in Liverpool and Bootle in the may Blitz of World War Two. This is the first in a series of pictures I will post as I don't think just one Will serve this great wor of art justice.|
as for the picture.... a bit of post production to remove background ( which I will show in future pictures).......Please enjoy and commmet as this is what this site is all about ....:-)

Hi, I do like the impact and dramatic feel to this shot, I have yet to see this memorial as its kind of tucked away, another hidden beauty.
Thanks for sharing.
