[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I am now worried about posting too many winter shots making my gallery too boring
for respected viewers. I try to step away from winter shots as much as I can but
what can I do, this is one of my favorite subjects in photography, beside portraits.
So here it is. I like this one particularly because of the cold sleepy feeling and the
single light in front of this shop in an almost grayscale atmosphere.
Please note that the photo is fairly straight, but the traffic light post is not! :D

Photography is there to express what each of us find signifiant, you did and it's ok like this. I appreciated by this quite hot weather over here.

G'day Hamed, warm light on left changes the whole shot, it has added its warmth to this cool look, I like it..

Hello Hamed,
I agree... there is a lot of atmosphere in snowy settings, like here which in my opinion is a well depicted winter street!
Good perspective... roads always provide fine lines! Well framed, and I like the way you use the artificial lighting to add some warmth to the cold..!

Hi Hamed,
For us in Europ, Iran is synonym of "heat"... so it's strange for us to see snow. Specially in a city, because I knew Iran for its snowed mountains, but I don't even thought that snow was possible here, in Tehran.
Anyway, it's a good framing and a good title for this shot.
PS : I recognize a french car (Peugeot 206) !

Hi Hamed, Please don't said that. Everyone have their own POV. You have your wonderful thoughts here as i 1st saw this shot before you mention. The light really help to create a unusual atmosphere as i seen in this moody winter. The only abit disturb with the lamp post in front for this scene. But i'm surely love the mood create by the warm light!

Hi Hamed, Good wintry scene. This is well cropped and has interest throughout. Makes our winter seem quite mild maybe. Some good images throughout your gallery. Well done, Murray.

I don't mind the snow pictures... Actually I wasn't imagining Iran as a snowy country so I learned something new today... :o) Very cozy mood in this picture - if anything, I would tone it down a bit to make the sky appear darker... TFS!

definately a different view of Tehran! I once had a student that told me that it snowed there, but though of course I believed him, I still couldn't picture it--you fixed that up good eh?
