|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|A creation from 2 images, the moon taken in Osoyoos B.C. back in September 2005, and Nosehill Park in Calgary on Jan 1, 2006. As I enjoy playing (sometimes too much) there was a bit of PP work summarized as follows:|
Copied the moon only on a seperate layer from the first shot - resized slightly bigger, then smaller then bigger again. Overlayed that on top of the park shot - saved as jpg. Opened, copied layer, destaurated. Applied two seperate gradients - blue tone for the sky, brownish tone for the wheat. Moved both gradients over to the right of the image to leave B&W on the left side. Played with mulitle cures in different areas to get some grey tones to stand out. Changed opacity of gradient & curves layers to adjust impact of effect. Did some light spot burning and dodging. Saved for web, sharpened in Neat image. Re-opened and added frame. Now, it is bedtime. Hope you enjoy.
