Nice PP work. Looks tedious to extract the yellow from the layer. To do this in PS CS2 I would have used Hue and Saturation Adjustment Layer. I'll have to try using the channel mixer option.

Well done. Great tone and POV. Beautiful.

I like where you are going with this, desaturating everything but the stamens - it has proved very effective. I wonder if it could be even better with a different crop - my main concern is to get rid of the distracting petal in the top left hand corner?!

This is a nice use of this effect. It makes a very striking picture

Good choice of selecting desaturation. I like the composition even though I would prefer to see the first flower in the foreground in focus.


Interesting touch of color there Kelley. The contrast is really an eye catcher. Keep em' coming.
