Okay I seem to be on a Tug Boat marathon...I Think this is the last one..but I won't promise!
This was taken as we were leaving Thunderbay, Ontario. The Sun had just come up and these tugs were on their way out to help a "Salty" ( pet name for a ship that sails out on the Ocean) The Salties have Pilots aboard but they aren't all familar with all the ports on the lakes so the tugs always help them when they are docking no matter what the weather is like. I thought these guys were kinda cute, the big guy leading the way while the little guy tries to catch up..:o)

love the title here donna :)
the empty space works well in this composition, it does look like the smaller boat is trying to keep up :)
well seen and composed photo :)

Cool pictuers, i've actually taken a ride bringing in a salty in thunder bay on those tugs, forgot their names, but i rode the one in front, it was nice because of the high pilot house :-)

Nicely captured Donna. Especially love that background that makes me think of a painting

Lovely little mini Donna. Back in my distant youth I would eat my lunch at the Port of Fremantle in Western Australia. I always loved watching the tugs at work. Fine POV, good colour and that background a delight. TFS,
David
