Hi Mario,
I have to leave my mark on this photo since its name is so closely related to my family name. I once visited a Bowen house in Nashville, TN but it seems that the Bowen family also moved to Canada. I agree that this house needs some urgent investments. However, the old Volkswagen van does suite the current state of the building.
I like the bleak colors of the photo and your low POV.
