[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Never saw a stuttering stop sign before. This was not taken on a street corner. It was in Vanier Park, site of the Vancouver Children's Festival. Not sure what it means. . . .

I cropped this and adjusted levels to make the background dark. I also cloned out some lighter bits of the background.
