To me, this looks like a number of different things ... whipped topping, frosting on a cake, a frothy wave in the ocean .... What do you see?

I love the way the snow is shaped and sculpted by wind. We have had an unusually early winter, with more snow than we sometimes have all winter!! This is shaping up to be a long one! It looks like an Alpine ski resort around here :)

This wave of snow is on my garage roof - I took it from my window, as I wanted to get it from a higher perspective.

Bom diaTrudy,
Very good capture of this lovely formation of snow.
Very good POV and shallow DOF as well as good management of light, and still the texture and density.
Sharpness satisfactory in this photo minimalistic.

Hi Trudy.

I see the arm of a Yeti reaching across with his thumb ready to.....
Oh well, lost myself then.
The light and shade produces much appeal here, the shape and softness too has its place, it does look good though to think the wind and moulded this. Neat image. tfs

Hi Trudy,
perfect exposure for the snow, nicely composed and I like the sparkle on the snow

Hi there, great light and POV. The light reflecting on the ice crystals on the upper part is great. They care and don't freeze!
