[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Last week my wife and I met Stéphanie and her fiancé in New York for the weekend. Steph was the first person I took portraits of about five years ago and we have remained friends ever since. Last week the shots were in film so I haven't gotten them back yet but I thought this photo would be good to demonstrate the fact that sometimes your subject is so beautiful and so magical that the only thing we have to do is point the camera in the right direction to get a beautiful photograph. |

Totallly agree.
Sometimes it just happens and a puzzle when it doesn't repeat itself too often.

Hi Roger,
A very natural and nice portrait indeed. In my view, you have really been able to catch the essence of the moment. I love the tones of black and white which are further enhancing the beauty of the lady in the portrait. I myself always love portraits in black and white. Congratulations on such a beautiful portrait. Bravo and thanks for sharing
Bom dia Roger.
Yeah, Stéphanie, already seems to me a longtime friend too.
You are absolutely right, at the beauty is point and shoot (since you know and can, as is the case for you...)

Hi Roger, Very causal look of Stephanie. I concur with what you mentioned in the note. This portrait demonstrates it well. Nice shadow one the left side and evenly lighted on the right side. Thank for sharing
