[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is another picture I took in Celina. I chose this picture because it has the feel of a small Texas town.

PP: Converted to B&W, increased contrast, cropped.

Hello Adam,
Great pov, and B&W suits this, and you crop is very good. I think there's a little too much contrast and sharpening: however - you have achieved your aim of poitraying a small Texas town - a side of the USA few British people ever see.
Regards, Leslie

Reminds me of that film, 'The Last Picture Show', Adam. Bleak sort of small-town atmosphere in this. I agree that the contrast is a little strong, with some lighter areas looking somewhat over-exposed. But it's a good angle of view looking across the diagonal of the railway line. I think I would have preferred it without any sign of life, meaning without the truck! Still, it's good to see this type of shot of an unsung place.
Regards,
Andrew

It's a very strong photo, but it reminds me a lot of my hometown in rural East Texas. Kudos!
