Hi Gary,

From your profile it appears that you've been a TL member for quite some time, yet you participate very little in terms of critiquing other's photos. Active discussion among members is vital to the learning process that we come here for.

I'm not sure if you posted this photo to get advice on how to improve it, but to be honest this is just a snapshot of a great classic car. Because of the crowds and associated distractions, car shows are not ideal venues for car photography. That being said, a lower POV can help eliminate some of the background distractions, as well as emphasize distinct features of the car. Here, the car is too centered and the scene is tilted to the left. I'm not sure how far you were from the car, but it looks like you could have used a larger aperture (f/4.0) and also zoomed in on the subject to get a little blur in the background.
