Life goes on, especially in the Redwood groves. A fallen Redwood becomes a supportive base for a sapling and its main source of nutrition.
It is the cycle of life.

Hi Pranab,
Very interesting lighting! The contrast from the front part to the clearance is awesome...
Story well illustrated, in a fine composition with a good feeling of depth...
Good lines and fine details!

Wonderful light and colour Pranab. Fine POV which conveys the depth of the forest and the antiquity. TFS,
Many thanks for your comment on

Nice connection of the biological cycles Pranab. As usual, you've captured a good mix of natural colors here.

Lovely shot and a nice note to go with it. I love redwood trees - they are rare in the UK but we have some growing near where I live. Nice light.

beautiful view! I like this very beautiful composition, very calm and quiet with soft greens!
Take care Ana:)

The redwoods are a favorite camping place of mine........ Men always try to control nature, but left alone, it uses everything to it's advantage.

WoW, my friend you have done it. perfect shot. location location location.
