[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Sometimes timing is everything. I missed the peak of this beautiful blossom, but color and character were holding fast. The aged hue was deeper than earlier in the summer, helped a bit by a dousing rain.

I cropped, and adjusted the gamma levels to 0.7.

Hi Karen. A hydrangea? I was lazy last year and did nt prune the spent blossom and I noticed yesterday that the new ones are appearing. Lovely colour, well composed and good detail. TFS,
David

Many thanks for your comment on ‘Platypus Spring’ and the workshop, the colours certainly came out better.

Nice sharp and clear shot. Beautiful colors.
TFS.
Pierre
